Compliance Sign-Off for NHS, Universities and Managed Buildings
Passenger lifts need a thorough examination at least every six months under LOLER. Our Manchester inspection engineers meet the LOLER competency requirements and give you a formal written report after every examination, with defects listed and a timescale for fixing them.
NHS trusts and universities usually have their own internal sign-off process on top of LOLER, and we work to that rather than a one-size-fits-all inspection.
